My daughter's car broke down with what, for all the world, appeared to be a transmission failure. I called three shops and Precision got back to me immediately and I had it towed over to them. They took a look at it and got back to me to notify me that it did not appear to be a transmission issue, but an electrical one. I'm located two hours south in Port St. Lucie, Florida and trying to get her sorted from that far away was proving to be challenging. The car was not drivable and they were able to wrangle getting it down to a more general-purpose garage for me to get the repairs done and were completely lovely people all the while, even offering me the use of their location to perform the repairs myself if I wanted to drive up and take a stab at it. Do not hesitate to bring your vehicle in to these folks. There are still honest shops out there, and truly these are the people you are hoping to find. They went out of their way. Sarah, Chris... thanks again!

Amazing staff!! Genuinely looking to HELP, not just make money off of you. I went in for a diagnostic, and after looking at my Mazda and recognizing the low mileage + warranty opportunity Sarah went OUT OF HER WAY to call the local Mazda dealership and see if I can have my transmission replaced for free under the warranty. Not only did she essentially make me an appointment elsewhere, she also did not charge me for the diagnostic!! Insanely nice people here I highly recommend going if you need service done. If the Mazda dealership doesn't accept the warranty, I'm 100% going back to Precision Transmission and going to have the work done through them. Seriously if you're worried about where to go- just come here.

I'm so very Grateful for the Precision transmissions Team. It all started from the very begining, Sarah was exceptionall to say the least. I Called her 3 times or more asking questions & She was very transparent & pleasant on what direction i needed to take to get me back on the road with cost of parts & labor to fix my 2008 Toyota Tundra with 189,000 miles. This establishment works as a Team. Thank you Sarah, Jared & Chris for doing such a wonderful job getting this issue resolved so quickly. Jared had my Transmission out & replaced the same day from when the New/Used transmission arrived on site. Im so very thankful that a trusted Team can still be found for us locals here. I was back on the road in 3 days from the time I spoke to Sarah in the beginning. My Truck shift's like new again and it's because of The Precision Team. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication. You all are a great Team.

Precision Transmission recently rebuilt the 6r80 transmission in my 2014 F150. I spent a few days researching transmission shops from Daytona to St.Augustine. Precision Transmission was recommended to me by four local auto repair shops and one Ford dealership. I drove down to their shop in Ormond Beach and dropped off my truck. I was greeted by Sarah and Chris, they explained the process and told me it would take about five days to complete the job. Sure enough on the morning of day five I got the call from Sarah that my truck was ready. The price quoted was the price I paid, no tricks, no last minute increases. These people are the real deal. Everyone there is really nice and believe me when I tell you that they are honest and know their profession. Good mechanics aren’t expensive they’re priceless. Thank you all so much for an excellent job done. My truck drives like it’s brand new. Tom G.

I recently ordered a heavy duty replacement transmission for my 2019 Silverado after toasting my stock one. I called multiple local shops and Precision Transmission quoted me a competitive rate and quick turnaround time. Chris and his technician's in the shop are very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure my new transmission was installed and set up to handle my abusive driving style. Chris even took extra time days after the install to fine tune the programming and speedometer settings. Sarah was able to answer all my questions both over the phone and on text messages (which I prefer). She was quick to respond and was a delight to deal with. This was my first need for a transmission specialist and if I ever have a need again, with any vehicle, I will be sure to call Precision Transmission!!
